Ball gowns have full skirts and it always makes bride look slim and tall, but it is not good for the brides who are short and small because ball gowns would overwhelming her small body shape. It generally either have crinolines built in or a slip to support the shape of gown, so brides who choose this kind of wedding gowns should know that this extra fabric can be heavy and bulky.
Women who are slim and balanced figures like to choose Sheaths gowns, because this kind of gowns shows their perfect statures. But this gown will not hide any flaws especially big thighs or butt. No bride wants to risk on her holy wedding and regret her choice, right?
Empire waist gowns are skirts that fall below the breasts. This one is different from the traditional silhouettes and it has various waistline types. It is a wonderful choice for tropical climate areas, or appears in a casual and non-formal wedding. Usually they are made of light, flowing fabric. This is also a good choice for the brides who are pregnant and ladies who have proud flesh on their tummy because this type of silhouettes leaves space in waist and cover the belly.
